Additional notes:
I know many of you make it up to COSCON & SIBCON every year to get your RPG fix, which is greatly appreciated! There's some con-exclusive RPGA events going on which you will likely enjoy!

As far as our Warhammer 40,000 RTT is concerned:
Our RTTs always have a relaxed atmosphere focused on networking and enjoying the hobby. With Adepticon 2010 the following weekend (March 26-2 Cool

, however, I'm concerned that the turnout will be lower than normal for our RTT (unless you plan to test out your roster the weekend before).

As such, if there are less than 8 event pre-regs or email notifications of planned attendance by the end of online pre-reg (March 5th), we will have to cancel the RTT due to restrictions on event space, finances, etc. Anyone pre-registered will be notified by email and any registration fees refunded if desired. Hopefully this is not the case, but we are realistic and understand that Adepticon is a very huge draw for many a wargamer!

If you plan on attending, please let us know at cons@circleofswords.com! Otherwise, feel free to check out all of our events and play in ones you think you'll enjoy, as we offer more than just 40k and WHFB RTTs! We hope to see you in a few weeks!

Unfortunately, due to lack of necessary number of pre-registrants, we are going to cancel the WH40k RTT for Coscon 2010.

Between lack of player variety and numbers to support the 3 rounds, space limitations on-site, and several other restrictions, it's not feasible to run the tournament without a guaranteed number of players.

Please note there are plenty of miniature and RPG events, as well as the Warmachine tournament at noon Saturday. There will also be space available if you want to play a pickup game.

Hopefully more players will preregister for the WHFB RTT at Sibcon and/or the WH40k RTT for Coscon 2011.
